Library – one of the oldest and most important foundations of civilization, the repository of knowledge and spiritual wisdom, national memory, cultural and scientific heritage of many generations. In our university libraries are always glad to see students and teachers.

Formation of the university library is inextricably linked with the history of the formation and development of Zhetysu State University, founded in 1972 as Taldykorgan Pedagogical Institute. Library staff at the time consisted of three employees, and library fund was formed from disparate collections, libraries, institutions and organizations of Education Systems.
